Kincrest’s Apartment, Office Plans at Prahran Greenlit

Developer Kincrest has won approval for its apartments-and-offices project in the heart ofMelbourne’s Greville Street Precinct.
The 1600 sqm site, amalgamated from seven lots, at 3-7 Grattan Street, Prahran is near the Prahran TrainStation.
The nine-storey scheme designed by Cheah Saw Architecture comprises 23 apartments and seven luxury office tenancies.
Also included is a ground-floor retail or hospitality tenancy space of 600 square metres.
Amenities include a rooftop pool, cold-plunge pool, bar, sauna, dining area and fitness centre.
The estimated end value for the project is $100million.
The green light from the City of Stonnington Council after several consultations with its planning officers.
Kincrest director Tom Howgate described the development as its flagship project and the location in the Greville Street precinct as “coveted”.

Project builder Ireland Brown Construction has worked on four of Kincrest’s projects—the $30-million Armytage at South Melbourne; Stanhope, South Yarra ($35 million); and The Watson, Essendon ($75 million).
The Watson is expected to be completed in April.
